Bryson Recycling July Holiday Collections
To help you recycle even more from home, Bryson’s recycling collection service will operate throughout the summer period. There will be no collections on Friday 12th July, with an alternative collection taking place on Sunday 14th July for residents in Belfast City Council and on Saturday 13th July in all other council areas. Collections will take place as normal on Monday 15th July.
Cut down on waste and save money this summer by following our top tips:
· If you are having a picnic, prepare fresh food and store in reusable containers, and if there are no recycling bins where you are take your rubbish home with you.
· When having a BBQ try to prepare the right amount of food and if you have any leftovers keep them for another occasion….cold meats taste great in a roll the next day. Remember to recycle all your cans and glass bottles and jars too.
· You can recycle all plastic bottles in your kerbside box, including sun tan lotion and insect repellent. Take a reusable drinks bottle with you when you are out and about so you can refill rather than buying new.
Bryson Recycling is part of the Bryson Charitable Group, Northern Ireland’s leading social enterprise. They deliver a weekly kerbside box collection service in across five council areas; Antrim & Newtownabbey, Armagh, Banbridge & Craigavon, Belfast, Lisburn and Castlereagh and Mid & East Antrim.
